Many people ask why I don't carry a lot of listings like some other realtors. The answer is quite simple! I limit the number of active listings so that I can provide my sellers with the level of service that they expect from a full service realtor such as myself. It has been my experience that any more than this and it becomes almost impossible to effectively meet my seller's expectations. The second and probably most important reason that I don't carry a lot of listings at one time is that my listings SELL!
