Many people ask why I don't carry a lot of listings like some other realtors. The answer is quite simple! I limit the number of active listings so that I can provide my sellers with the level of service that they expect from a full service realtor such as myself. It has been my experience that any more than this and it becomes almost impossible to effectively meet my seller's expectations.
